Home is in Daytona Beach Shores/ Port Orange. Just a 3 min walk to the beach and a short 10 min drive to Daytona Main Street and the Most Famous Beach in the WORLD! Large Entertaining Pool area with a Beachy Tropical Atmosphere that is relaxing and peaceful. Perfect for having dinner outdoors, basking in the sunshine, or reading a book in the large shaded area.

Main house - 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms: (1) King Beds (3) Queen Beds (2) Car Garage Oversized for bikes & beach/pool toys
(2) Driveways that hold 7 vehicles
Cottage - The cottage is attached to the house with 2 separate entrances. You can access the cottage from the side of the house, or the sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool. While it is separate with no direct access to the main house, it is only steps away from the sliding glass door back entrance to the main house. The guest cottage is a studio type setting with a kitchen sink, refrigerator, king bed and a pull out sofa bed. There is no bathroom in the cottage, but the main bathroom has an exterior door to the pool area and is only steps away.

We love our fur babies! Doggies are allowed at $75 per dog for entire stay. Unaccounted for animals will be automatically charged $250
This is a single family home that you will have completely to yourself with full privacy. There are cameras in front and back of the home that only record the exterior of the property These cameras are for security purposes only and DO NOT record the pool or the front patio area. We respect your privacy.
Security hold required of $400. Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card. This will not show as a charge, as it is only a HOLD. It will be held immediately prior to check-in and released within 3 days upon checkout. Minimum age to book is 25 years old. If we agree to book under the age of 25 the security hold will be increased to $800.
The pool isn't heated and isn't covered, but is very comfortable during the warmer months.
Booking guest required to sign rental agreement which will be sent upon booking. While children are permitted, the home is not child friendly. There is no safety gate around the pool.

Summary: Our party of 9 absolutely loved this house. Plenty of room for everyone inside. The outside area/pool is a great gathering place. Clean and well appointed, comfortable beds, courteous and responsive hosts. Five-minute walk to the beach. Several eating places within walking distance. Roughly a 10–15-minute drive to the Daytona Beach Boardwalk area. This house has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: 5 best friends had our annual girls trip at this property and it was perfect! More than enough space for everyone, the house was beautiful and clean. We loved the outdoor shower, pool area, and the inside was also decorated so cute. The location could not be better, it is an easy walk to the beach and several local restaurants. Also an easy drive to New Smyrna Beach, where we went to the spa at Riverview one day and out to dinner. Hosts were quick to respond and ready to help with anything, but we really didn’t need anything bc house was well stocked and perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The whole experience with this place was fabulous from booking to check out! The hosts were always very responsive to any questions we had and made our check in seamless and easy! The home itself was very clean and the pool was pristine!! Speaking of the pool, you won’t want to miss the amazing ambiance in the evening when the fence lights turn on! Very private and quiet neighborhood and only an easy walk from the beach! Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer! We will definitely be back next year!

Summary: This property was truly an oasis for our family vacation. It was perfectly located close to the beach, immaculately clean, comfortable, spacious, and well stocked. Our family of eight had such a great time making memories swimming in the pool, eating outside and playing games on the lovely patio area.Our host was readily available and graciously accommodating.
